AEP Letter Causes Confusion

AEP Letter Causes Confusion

Residents subscribed to Genoa Township electric aggregation program reported receiving a confusing letter from AEP last week.

We've looked into it and there is no need to worry. This letter is standard protocol to notify customers of a change as the Township's supplier changed from Constellation Energy to Energy Harbor. There is no need for action on the part of the resident.

Any questions are best directed to our energy manager, Trebel at 614-425-4885.
