It has been brought to our attention that some residents recently received a packet from Constellation that shouldn’t have. The packet included a letter stating you would be automatically enrolled in the Genoa Electric Aggregation Program.
Here’s What Happened:
Mailing lists inadvertently included customers who have already selected an electric supplier and/or already opted out of the current program term.
Here’s What Happens Next:
No action is needed on your part. Your account will not be enrolled with Constellation as indicated in the letter. You will remain with the supplier you selected.
