Board of Trustees

It is the mission of the Board of Trustees to guide and manage the development of Genoa Township in a manner that retains or enhances the quality of life of its residents.  Further, to be responsive to the needs of the residents and deliver quality services to meet those needs in the most cost-effective means possible.

The Board is comprised of three Trustees elected to four-year terms. 

Meeting Schedule
Regular meetings of the Board of Trustees are held at Township Hall (5111 S. Old 3C Highway) on the first Thursday of every month at 6:30 p.m.  Additional meetings are scheduled as necessary and posted to the online calendar.  

Agendas are posted in advance of each meeting. A link to the meeting audio, video, and written minutes are posted with the corresponding agenda after each meeting. View agendas, minutes, audio/video. 

Attending a Meeting
The public is welcome to attend meetings of the Board of Trustees and is invited to make public comment. Those interested in addressing the Board are invited to the podium at the beginning of each meeting and  asked to begin by stating their name and address before continuing.  There is no time limit for public comment.
