Road Construction Updates

Road maintenance involves monitoring the roads and prioritizing repairs, snow removal, street sweeping, removal of dead animals, and managing activities in the public right of way including tree removal, sidewalks, and permitted projects.

Roadway construction within Genoa Township is typically managed by the Delaware County Engineer. Nearby communities such as Westerville, Columbus or Franklin County may also complete roadway projects that impact Township residents.  All roadway projects the Township has been notified of are displayed on the interactive map below.  Click on the project icon to find out the entity managing the project, planned detours, and expected completion dates.

There is a combination of local, county, and state-managed roadways that run throughout Genoa Township.  Each entity takes care to maintain the roadways within its jurisdiction.
