The purpose of the Genoa Township Audit Advisory Committee is to provide the Fiscal Officer, Trustees, and Administrative Staff with input and recommendations of governance, risk management, internal control practices, and review and analysis of external financial audit and financial reporting. This committee is no longer accepting new members. New members are typically recruited and appointed to committees annually. Township residents who are interested in serving on another board, committee or commission may submit an application and a resume at anytime to be kept on file and considered for appointment at the next opportunity.
