Zoning is the regulation of the use of land and buildings that permit a community to control development. It provides for orderly growth by protecting homes and property from harmful use on neighboring properties.

One open seat remains on the Zoning Commission. Those interested in serving in this important role are asked to submit an application no later than March 17. Trustees will then fill the position after reviewing applications and conducting finalist interviews on March 21 beginning at 5:00 p.m.
