 Public Records Request Policy

 

The following is our policy for Public Records requests.  You will need Adobe Reader in order to view it.

 
 
 
 
Normal Administrative Business Hours
Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays
8:00 am to 3:45 pm
 
READ CAREFULLY BEFORE SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST:
 
1.  Please note that it normally takes 5 to 7 business days to process requests that are made via the website.  Feel free to call our office during business hours if you have questions regarding this process.
 
2.  Reports can be sent to you via email or faxed at no charge, or can be picked up at our office at the cost of 5 cents per page.
 
3.  Photographs are also available on CD for an additional $1.00 per CD.
 
4.  You do NOT need to give us your name and contact information to request a public record in the State of Ohio.  The contact information enables us to contact you if we need additional information to process your request.  If you choose to remain anonymous, please call our office during normal Administrative Office hours to be certain that your request is ready for pick up.
 
5.  If you have not received your report or been contacted by our office within seven business days, please call our office during normal Administrative Office hours to confirm that we have received your online request.
