The Condominium at the Woods at Medallion
A neighborhood of 46 condomimiums surrounded by preserved open space.  Located between Tussic Street Road and Sunbury Roads and can be accessed by Duvall Drive from Thornbush Drive.  This quiet neighborhood is only 1.5 miles from the intersection of State Route 3 and Polaris Parkway.  Served by Big Walnut Local School District and Westerville City School District.

About the Homeowners' Association:
The association meets annually at the Club of Medallion.  Dues are collected monthly and mandatory from every property owner.
