Lake of the Woods III
A neighborhood of 42 single-family residential homes on one (1) acre lots and greater on the Hoover Reservoir.  Located off Red Bank Road and can be accessed by Duncan's Glen Drive.  This quiet neighborhood is only 3 miles from the intersection of State Route 3 and Polaris Parkway.  Served by Westerville City School District (Alcott Elementary, Genoa Middle and Central High).

About the Homeowners' Association:
The association meets on the annually.  HOA dues are collected annually and mandatory from every property owner.
