Genoa Farms
A neighborhood of 145 single-family residential homes on quarter acre lots surrounded by preserved open space.  Located between South Old 3C Highway and State Route 3 and can be accessed by Genoa Farms Blvd. from S. Old 3C Hwy.  This quiet neighborhood is only 1.5 miles from the intersection of State Route 3 and Polaris Parkway.  Served by Westerville City School District (Fouse Elementary, Genoa Middle and Central High).

About the Homeowners' Association:
The association meets on the quarterly at 7:00 p.m. in the Genoa Township Hall, 5111 S. Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082.  HOA dues are collected annually and mandatory from every property owner.
