Board of Property Owner's Associations (BPOA) > Shellbark Ridge

Shellbark Ridge
A neighborhood of 147 single-family residential homes on 0.3 acre to 0.5 acre properties surrounded by preserved open space.  Located between Tussic Street Road and South Old 3C Highway and can be accessed by Hawksbeard Drive from either road.  This quiet neighborhood is only 1.5 miles from the intersection of State Route 3 and Polaris Parkway.  Served by Westerville City School District (Fouse Elementary, Genoa Middle and Central High).

About the Homeowners' Association:
The association meets on the second Thursday of each month (except for December) at 7:00 p.m. in the Genoa Township Hall, 5111 S. Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082.  HOA dues are collected annually and mandatory from every property owner.
