Blackhawk Forest

A neighborhood of 68 single-family residential homes on 0.75 to 1.5 acre properties with two preserve lots.  Located east of State Route 3, north of Freeman Road and can be accessed by Blackhawk Forest Drive from Freeman Road.  This quiet neighborhood is only 1.5 miles from the intersection of State Route 3 and Polaris Parkway.  Served by three (3) different school districts:
- Big Walnut Local School District (Big Walnut Elementary, Big Walnut Middle and Big Walnut High)
- Olentangy Local School District (Walnut Creek Elementary, Berkshire Middle and Orange High)
- Westerville City School District (Fouse Elementary, Genoa Middle and Central High)

About the Homeowners' Association:
The association meets on the first Monday of most month at 7:00 p.m. in the Genoa Township Hall, 5111 S. Old 3C Hwy., Westerville, Ohio 43082.  HOA dues are collected semi-annually and mandatory from every property owner.
