Recreation
Recreational opportunities are plentiful in Genoa Township. McNamara Park is the Township's newest recreational addition. When completed, it will feature a beautiful pavilion, playground, soccer fields, ball diamond, basketball courts and a walking trail.

Park Shelters are available for Genoa Township residents to rent for a nominal fee.  Applications are available online for download.  For additional information call the administration office at (614) 895-1126 or email ddurbin@genoatwp.com.

Genoa Trail is a multi-purpose paved recreational trail on an abandoned rail bed along State Route 3. When complete, the Trail will traverse the entire length of the Township. An existing park, Freeman Road Park, has recently added new playground equipment, a shelter house and a new walking trail to its six-acre site.
