All deadlines are by 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Application fee is due at the time of filing. If the applicant requests a tabling, a rescheduling fee will be charged per the current fee schedule. This must be paid before the next scheduled hearing.
Genoa Township Board of Zoning Appeals and Zoning Commission meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Genoa Township Hall, 5111 South Old 3C Highway, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
Regional Planning Commission (RPC) meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Willis Building, 2079 U.S. Highway 23 North, Delaware, Ohio 43015. Visit www.dcrpc.org to verify all RPC meetings.
PLEASE NOTE: Applicants will be notified of incomplete applications within two (2) business days of submittal. Such incomplete applications will not be processed for that month’s meeting. Applications are processed on a first-come, first-served basis. If excessive applications are received prior to the submittal deadline, later applications may not be heard until the next scheduled meeting. |
