All deadlines are by 12:00 p.m. unless otherwise stated. Application fee is due at the time of filing. If the applicant requests a tabling, a rescheduling fee will be charged per the current fee schedule. This must be paid before the next scheduled meeting.
Genoa Township Zoning Commission and Board of Zoning Appeals meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Genoa Township Hall, 5111 South Old 3C Highway, Westerville, Ohio 43082.
Unless noted otherwise, Regional Planning Commission meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. at the Delaware Hayes Service Buildng, Conference Room G35, 140 North Sandusky Street, Delaware, Ohio 43015.
PLEASE NOTE: If excessive applications are received prior to the submittal deadline, later applications may not be heard until the next scheduled meeting.
