The Board of Zoning Appeals (BZA) is responsible for hearing and making final quasi-judicial decisions on applications for: Variances, Conditional Uses, and Administrative Appeals. The BZA consists of five regular members and two alternate members appointed by the Township Trustees. All members are citizens of the Township.
The BZA holds regular monthly public hearings to review and decide submitted applications. These hearings are conducted at the Township Hall, located at 5111 South Old 3C Highway. The BZA may approve, approve with conditions, deny, continue, or table applications as necessary.
